i havent got original disc how can i transfer or copy programme on to laptop cheers

basically if you dont have a CD then u can 't trasfer microsoft publication, but if the Ms Office software installation file are kept in ur system ( sometime, vendor copy these file from the CD for there future ease ) then u can copy the installation files throgh the LAN or using any storable media like CD, Pendrive etc. otherwise, u will have to arrange the CD.

If you have the CD Key AND the original M$-Publisher Disk AND it's not a "Trial Version", you can install it on the laptop as you would for any other program.

It would be in violation of the Microsoft End User license Agreement (EULA) though because their terms state "...can only be installed on one computer at a time...".

You didn't mention which version, but if it's older than Publisher 2003 you should be OK.

Install OpenOffice. It's compatible with MS and other office suites.

sorry you can't. download the disc image is the only way
