To get rid of lice, you should use one of the commerically prepared solutions from the drugstore. This will kill the lice and their eggs, and then you will need to comb through your hair with a fine tooth comb to remove everything. Hope you have a good friend/family member to help you with this, especially if you have long hair. All of your sheets/pillows/stuffed animals will have to go through the dryer on high heat to kill any remaining lice and eggs.
For prevention, try adding a few drops of tea tree oil to your shampoo. The smell will repel lice, preventing them from jumping on your head. As an elementary school teacher, this is essential for me...

Don't you mean lice in your hair.....
Go to a chemist and ask for something, normally you wash it in, wait a bit and rinse it (and the dead lice) out.

i guess u mean lice.
you can get rid of it by using a lice comb.It is times taking but very effective.Use a lice shampoo regularly!
