My little boy is nearly two and has his feet measured every month or so, we went on saturday to Russell and Bromleys for a new pair and to be measured, the next day I had a call from my mam saying he kept collapsing on the floor crying she checked shoes twice and second time found that a label was right at the bottom of the shoe, there was a blister and hes been limping ever sice and its weeping under his big toe, I rang the shop to make sure it didn't happen to another child and they said before anyone fits a shoe they should take the tags out, what should I do

PEOPLE ARE SAYING TO CHECK THAT TAGS ARE OUT I DID THE TAG WAS RIGHT AT THE VERY FRONT OF THE SHOW CRUMPLED UP PLUS MY MAM LOOKED TWICE BEFORE FINDING IT, AND THE SHOPS POLICY IS TO TAKE THE TAGS OFF BEFORE TRYING THE SHOE ON, ALSO THE BLISTER ISN'T GOING AWAY BECAUSE ITS IN THE CREASE OF HIS BIG TOE
