i HAVE TO go to a party after a month. My weight is 85 and height is 5'4. How do I lose weight in a month? The answer that helps me alot get 10 pts!

I hope you don't mean 85 pounds... I would have to tell you to get real, that isn't fat at all.

you are 85 lbs and you think you are fat? O come on... BUT if you are 85 kilos, then that may be a problem. But look at it this way, the majority of the people are not the ones you see on the glamour magazine covers. they are just about 10% of the population. the real ones do not sport figures like the supermodels. try watching the documentary: supersize me.

85?! I hope you don't actually mean that. Anywho, join a gym or a sport to get a good balanced workout, and cut the sweets and pop out of your diet. Don't try crash diets and weight loss pills, they don't work! Hope this helps.

well if u`re not satisfied yet ith ur weight,..
try jogging everyday by covering the part of the body that u feel need to lose fat with a wraping plastic

well if you think your fat and have only a month star throwing up after every meal. sounds like your to skinny and could use some more meat. becareful you will get yourself sick and possibly end up in the hospital but its your life have a sickly time

Why? Your actually normal weight. Anything lower you could hurt yourself. You can mantain your weight, or gain a few more while looking toner, and better fit.

you need to get fit, not slim
so go and work out, get ready to statr an aerobic program!
You have the right weight!
