If I were in Hawaii and dropped a bowling ball in a bucket of water which is 45 degrees F, and dropped another ball of the same weight, mass, and size in a bucket at 30 degrees F, both of them at the same time, which ball would hit the bottom of the bucket first?

Same question, but the location is in Canada?

i think that the temperature does not count... both will hit the bottom in the same time... but the location matters... it depends on the altitude, because, earth's magnetic field is weaker or stronger, and so the gravitational acceleration is bigger or smaller... so, if you would be more precise with the location i really could answer the question... not taking into consideration the fact that the 30 F bucket would be full of ice...

Neither. The bowling ball hooks to the left and spills the bucket.

30 degrees wouldnt create enough ice to stop a falling balling ball.

Canada doesnt have bowling balls they are banned because they remind people of cannons.

If the bucket of water was 30 degrees, it would be frozen, so no matter where you are, the answer is always the first bucket.

The one in Hawaii would hit first. The water in Canada is frozen :)
