Social Anxiety is a common problem. If you are speaking to an audience try looking just above their eyes. When looking at their hairline or something just behind them it still seems like you are looking at them, but you won't see their eyes. Self medication doesn't work because most people can't find the right meds and dosage that they need. A visit to your GP would really solve the problem. Not all medications are very expensive

Do not self-medicate yourself. These type of problems can be overcome with a good therapist and can be overcome without medication.

You don't need medicines for that. Pick up that money for the rainy day and buy yourself clothes you like, or parfumes and colognes, jewels, and wear them on your meetings, If you ever hear your name there, don't feel surprised, they may be praising you!
