I would really feel better if I could ask a real pharmacist rather than just a sales person, do online pharmacies have a real pharmacist I can ask about my medications?

The majority of online pharmacies do have a pharmacist on hand. Most pharmacists do not accept phone calls from customers especially 800 numbers because of the amount of people they deal with. You would probably be better off calling a local pharmacy.

there are only a couple of legit online pharmacies (drugstore.com is the only one i can think of off the top of my head, and insurance company run pharmacies like caremark, medco, etc.) and they should all have real pharmacists, though the customer service is sometimes bad (online pharmacies are cheaper for a reason). non-legit pharmacies may or may not have a pharmacist, usually they probably dont.

lke the other person said, they should be VIPPS certified

Most online pharmacies do not have a pharmacist. Most online pharmacies are illegal entities. If you want to speak to a pharmacist on an online pharmacy, it'll have to be a VIPPS certified pharmacy.

what do you think? Don't even think of calling your local pharmacy to speak to the pharmacist. If you want their professional guidance......then pay for it.

I would just call a pharmacy if I were you, to be on the safe side.
