Never!!!

It might not make your path the easiest one, but it will assure a lifetime of inner peace.

I'm not a bible banger....I rarely go to church. But, I KNOW he is real. I know that we have a purpose. And, I know that there is an afterlife. I can't explain how....it would take too much typing....but, during the loss of my Dad, I learned so much.

And, no....I don't use Christianity as a crutch to deal with my grief. Things will be shown to you......if you will open your eyes and heart to see them.

I promise you.....God is for real. There is a little bit of Him inside of you.

Here is a very special tip for you, too. It took me 37 years to learn this. I hope you will think about it deeply, too....
The key to finding inner peace, is to have faith.

When you accept that the things in this life happen for a reason....according to His plan....and can accept His answers to your prayers....even the ones where he says no....you will know inner peace. Trust in Him.

The belief in the one true God is not harmful. To my recolection, the most harmful belief of the all time was the athiest view of Jos. Stalin. During the Russian purge he was responsible for over 8 million deaths. He sent any and all believers to the gulags to die an unimaginable death.

Belief in God has not harmed me at all! In fact it has helped me many times because in God can I only find true happiness I search for. I am being 100% honest with this. Most people do not feel anything at all because they do not believe. At the same time they do not trust Him becasuse they do not see Him. However, I actually 100% believe in God and trust Him with all my heart even to the point of dying for God. :)

Have a nice day.

If you take the line that God is non existent then of course belief harms society. Belief in any fallacy over the scientific truth is harmful, especially when it informs much of the public's opinions.

No not at all.
If you believe in God and there is none then you just die like everyone else- but you have lead a full life full of hope, joy, love and a unselfish belief that there something geater than ourselves out there.
If you don't believe in God and there is one then you condemned to hell for eternity. But hey thats alright because on earth you lived a life of ridiculing those who do believe.

Belief in God helps. Without God the world would not come into being. We would not be here. Our faith helps us love one another. It helps to believe. If we don't believe in God, life would have no meaning.

Not at all. Faith in God opens your eyes to the miracles that happen around you every day. God gave us morals. God is love. Without God, there is only false wisdom and hate.

No. I don't see anything in believing in God. If for nothing else, for the moral lessons learned.

Faith in a higher power can be beneficial but many people just immerse themselves completely in theological dogma and that has to be harmful.
