it completely depends on how the other person in this relation thinks over it if she is seriously involved in it than we probably can say its fine but if she doesn't than it would create a real mess if u r potent enough to marry her it wont be a big deal.but be sure as far as possible try & make both of u're parents convinced but if they dont & u have confidently decided to marry than u can do so.
