There are two "types" of christians.

Nominal christians - belong to a church, know some stuff about Jesus, say they are christians. Their actions say they are not really followers of Jesus.

Believing christians (aka true christians). Usually also belong to a church, follow Jesus, say they are christians and they are.

Jesus refers to those who will claim to do great things in His name, but He never knew them.

Mmmm.... quite a good question. Most of them are not. George Bush says he is a Christian but his power and millitary toys are his gods. The greatest flaw with all governments is that they want to please all the people in the country. Christians are right, Muslims are right, Hindus are right, Buddhists are right. Gays and lesbians are right. Etc.etc.etc.... Many politicians believe as long as everything is legal and "politically correct" the country will be fine. But they fail to realise that there is a Higher Authority above than them that they must trust and obey. If politicians fully obey God and show some moral integrity, miracles will happen.
