Hey chin up, i know that they say "time heals" and you may not see that at the mo but its true. Im a bloke and i have been heartbroken (not all men admit this!) and thought that my world had ended but with good mates and family around im sure you be fine. Try some retail therapy or new hair style, anything to make you feel good and soon that light inside will spark up and be glowing stronger than you ever thought it could. Hope this helps and i know it seems hard, just be about you for a while and you get there. Darren.

I take it your heartburn problem has cleared at the same time then?

My ex stole all my stuff and binned it, then got really jealous when I turned up with new stuff and a new girlfriend who was better looking than her and had bigger norks so don't worry, there's light at the end of the tunnel.

Call the police. File a report. See if you can get your sun on a milk carton or on one of those mailings from the post office.

Do you think he left the state with it? Can you describe your sun so we can all be on the lookout?

yes when we breakup with someone our joy is gone, we seem to oftentimes have no reason to exist. but we can't change circumstances or people, so why let them do it to us. we often times blame out selves, when relationships end. but that is always wrong, and hurts us more when we do that. when we are hurt, it does take time to get over it, first we have to face the truth, face the pain involved go through the grief process and make a new life again, no matter how hurt we are.

Grieve a week at the loss of the relationship, then go out with your friends and a new guy will find you. Someone better, someone who will give you a rainbow on your grey days. Good luck.

It may feel like that at the moment but that will pass just surround yourself with other people and get involved in everything you can keep yourself busy and you will begin to see things get alot brighter.
