I wonder if the balance inherent to most Souls can be given over to one force against the other. The duality of human nature and the ability to rationalize and justify most actions, good or bad, give me pause as to whether there are many truly evil Souls or saved Souls. In the hypothetical I suppose it could be said that anything is possible so why not? Sure, it can be done.

Yes....It is also possible to turn a God fearing person into an evil soul.
Saul (Paul)is a perfect example. He led troops against Christians many times and killed them. Then he had an encounter with the risen Christ, on the road to Damaskas. After that, he became a minister for Christianity. He brought many nations to the lord.

The person themselves are not evil, its their behaviour that is. Jesus Christ can save anyone, if they choose to come to Him. Even if someone is praying for a person that does really bad things, Jesus hears and can save their soul.
NO ONE is too evil! The Lord sees the HEART.

God is a loving father that desire for all of his children to have life. 2 Peter 3:9 Jehovah is not slow respecting his promise, as some people consider slowness, but he is patient with you because he does not desire any to be destroyed but desires all to attain to repentance.
1Cor 6:9-11 " What! do you not know that unrighteous persons will not inherit God's kingdom? do not be mislead. Neither fornicators, nor men kept for unnatural purpose, nor men who lie with men, nor thieves, nor greedy persons, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit God's kingdom. AND YET THAT IS WHAT SOME OF YOU WERE. BUT YOU HAVE BEEN WASHED CLEAN, BUT YOU HAVE BEEN SANCTIFIED, BUT YOU HAVE BEEN DECLARED RIGHTEOUS IN THE NAME OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST AND WITH THE SPIRIT OF OUR GOD
So YES a evil person can turn there lives around, And have Gods favor.

As long as a person has life, God gives us all the graces we need to be saved. Some saints were not so good. God's grace converted them and they became not only good but holy. Nothing is impossible with God.

Yes, with the help of God of course. I has been done throughout biblical times. Jesus and his disciples casted evil spirits out during his walk of life. God has given us power to do so as well.

Absolutely! If a person turns from their sins and are baptized in the name of Jesus for the payment of their sins, then God will give them a new spirit, the Holy Spirit. If they remain faithfull to Jesus by living an obedient and sanctified life that brings God glory and honor, then God will grant Him or Her eternal life in Heaven.
