They are two different tests.
The GRE (= Graduate Record Exam) is an English/Math test for those with a BA/BS who want to go to graduate school in North America.
The TOEFL (Teaching of English as a Foreign Language) is a test of English competence given to non-native sppeakers of English, usually those who wish to go to North America for University.
Both tests are created and administered by Educational Testing Services (ETS) of Princeton, NJ. Please check the link below for all the information you need about both tests.

Yeah that's time. The most important thing you can do is to find out what sort of material is on the test and bone up on your weak spots. All other things being equal bone up on math, as the math section on the GRE is surprisingly easy ( itsbasic high school math-- I suck at math but got a 750 on the exam after reviewing all the concepts I'd forgotten.)

Go pick up a book (Kaplan, Barrons whatever)
