Valero (convenient store) has a variety of coffees in 3 sizes. If you keep your paper cup or purchase one of their plastic cups, you can reuse it for a refill price of $.69 for the largest size. I think if you purchase a coffee in the paper cup (new--not used/refill) they charge $.99.

You should pay whatever the esblishment you're buying it from charges.
