My cat has been pregnate MANY times,
if you feel her stomach (do it softly not hard) does it feel kinda Lumpy?
And if her nipples did get bigger andmore visable that is also a sign, How long have you thought she was Preg? My 1female cat was kinda bigger (not fat just taller) and when she was pretty far into pregnancy you were able to see her just blow up and her sides just got bigger, My smaller framed cat when she got preg. is was noticable also more quicker then the larger cat. incase she is preg. watch out, when my cat gave birth she wanted to have her kittens in crazy spots like onTOP of my bed under my bed ..My couch was scracted up and open on 1side just big enough for a cat to get into...Well once my cat did give birth in there I was worried she was missing but when i came home from work 1day and layd down on the coach i heard little "meowmeow" and i looked all over finaly i just cut open the coach and i found the kittens and my cat.but Good luck!! =)Kittens are soooooo cute!!

It's a good bet the cat is pregnant if:

1. She either becomes alot more affectionate OR become quite distant
2. Her nipples are pink
3. She is getting wider on the sides
4. You can feel lumps in her abdomen
5. She stopped going into heat

You need to get your cat to a vet to make sure is healthy enough to give birth. She also needs to be on kitten food now and until the kittens are weaned for extra protein and fat.

UPDATE: Her milk should come in pretty much right away right after birth.

If you think she may be pregnant, make an appointment with your vet to have her seen. I am curious to know if you bred her with a male or if she was hanging outside while she was in heat and could have gotten preggo by any male cat that happened to cross her path. I ask because if she got pregnant by a random cat and you say that she is quite small, what if the cat that knocked her up is a large cat? If she is preggo, the babies could be too big for her to give birth to and she could die if she tries or the babies can die if she can't push them out. Please take her to the vet to make sure. If the vet says she is pregnant, they will most likely do an xray to see how many she is carrying and how big they are.

I half agree with bluemysti.

Though my cat was a small cat and gave birth to 4 persian and survived. I guess it depends on the cat's survival limit? The kittens are now 1 year old and twice as big as their mom.

cats are prgnant for about nine weeks. they don't always get fat, some times they only have one or two kittens! seeing her nipples is a good sign, some long haired cats pluck their fur around the nipples for easier access. she might find a quiet spot to give birth, or, if the two of you are quite close, she might want you with her. pacing and meowing on delivery day are quite common. good luck!

Cats are pregnant for around 8 or 9 weeks if she is you should find out in the next month or so. If she will let you feel her tummy rub it gently and you may be able to feel the babies, they are definite lumps. However she may only be carrying one which would be hard to find. Handle her very carefully just in case. It may be possible late on in the pregnancy to actually feel the babies move if your cat is relaxed enough and you just rest your hand gently on her tummy.

go to the vets thats the best thing u cant just assume that your cat is pregnant phone up and make an appointment as soon as possible and dont touch het stomach or pick her up under her stomach as you could damage the kittens if there are any
good luck

you should ask your vet. some times unspayed cats can get womb infections which would make her appear a bit fatter. or she may be having a phantom pregnancy. How long is it since she went into heat cuz you should know one way or another about 7 weeks after.

If her nipples are darker and more noticable, yes, there's a chance she could be pregnant, especially if she has access to toms when she goes out. Go and see your vet about it!
