My friend is really sick and she has white bumps on her throat and it's big and it's a bit red. Her body is all sore and everything. What could be wrong with it and what would help her feel better?

Sounds a lot like Strep throat - you need antibiotics - and strong ones at that to clear that up and if you have been around her, you will probably need them too. Strep is Very Contagious

She probably has strep throat or tonsillitis. Those white bumps are pus sacs, and the red is inflammation. Tell her to go to a doctor immediately for an examination. It will not go away by itself, and all it takes is some antibiotic medication to clear it up in no time. Do not self diagnose or self treat. You need a professional to decide what it is and treat it.

It sounds like strep throat. It will not go away without an antibiotic. A quick test can be done at your doctor's office to check if it is strep.
