Congratulations for your daughter!
Don't mind the reporting pricks, they're no fun.

I am sorry that happened to you. Some people are a bit up their own... when it comes to Q&A. I was recently violated because I asked people to accept my appreciation for their voting me as having best answers on the way to reaching level seven.
So don't let the blighters get you down, just keep with it, and congratulations for our youngest.
I know what it means in terms of pride and accomplishment. I have been accepted at both of my first choice unis, one for the bachelor's then three years later to this graduate psychology course.
Dreams to come true on occasion. Thanks for sharing your good news!

Aparrently, this site is at the will of a cold, lifeless computer which gives violations. Being friendly, and reaching out to people does not mix with religion I guess. Congradulations on your child getting the school of her choice, its nice when things work out the way they should.

This is not a message board or a usenet group. It's for people to ask questions and other people to offer answers. Yahoo does not like people wasting space posting things that aren't legitimate questions and answers. If you want to do that, find some friends.

It was not a question. It great that you child is going to get to go to the choice of her school but it was not a question. Sorry that you got a violation.

I'm tempted to agree with Apostle Jeff, if it doesn't seem too cynical. Did you try asking it as a rhetorical question?

I think you have some people out there who delight in doing this sort of thing. Congratulations, to both you and your daughter.

Take a look at the category. It says clearly "religion and spirituality". It does NOT say "inane posts about dubious accomplishments".

Becaused depressed people do not want to hear about good things happening to other people.
