ADD/ADHD: Ritalin, Strattera, Concerta, occasionally Wellbutrin
OCD: Luvox (SSRI), Anafranil (Tr-cyclic) and all the other SSRI's

Note that these all medication is an adjunctive therapy and not a primary treatment modality
DEPRESSION: all SSRI's as mentioned above, SNRI's (Effexor, Cymbalta), NRI's (Wellbutrin), Tricyclics and tetracyclics(imipramine, amitryptiline, norpramine, trazedone) and others like serzone, remeron, also MAOI's (nardil, parnate, marplan)

ADD - Ritalin or Adderal
OCD - Since OCD is a specialized form of anxiety disorder, I think it's generally treated the same way: an SSRI such as Prozac or an anti-anxiety drug such as Buspar
PTSD - Probably an SSRI or a mood stabalizer. I don't know if it responds well to drugs.
Depression - Take your pick, SSRI, SNRI, Tri-cyclic anti-depressant
Anxiety an SSRI such as Prozac or an anti-anxiety drug such as Buspar
