Set it with strips of cloth the night before. Do not do it with your hair soaking wet, it won't be dry in the morning. Do it when it has dried, then spray leave-in conditioner on it then set it. You shouldn't even need hair spray in the morning.

Velcro rollers, after you wash and dry your hair, apply the rollers than mist them with spray gel. Put your make up on and you should be ready to take them out and do your hair.
