There are several knowledge on how to make or create your own internet business via affiliates programs and selling which i did not understand how . I need a direct-to-point answer how to do that or some example from any website , i need an answer from anyone who been in this business .

Try Senze's Encyclopedia. It explains in good detail how to set up 19 different kinds of internet businesses. Once you have decided which business model to use - then research more on them.

That is quite a broad question... since it sounds like you are starting out, I'd recommend you do a bit of research and educate yourself on internet marketing, affiliate programs and running a business online before you jump into it. Your question is a bit too complicated and involved to answer here. I'd say you should start by reading "Street Smart Internet Marketing". It will probably answer all your questions and much more (including helping you actually do this). It is very broad, covering all aspects of creating and running an internet business, and it is written in a way that even a beginner can easily follow. You can buy the book from http://www.InternetMarketingBook.com or from Amazon.
When you get into the internet business it's probably best to start as an affiliate selling someone else's product. This gives you a chance to learn the ropes without an investment of money or a large amount of prep work (ie. making your own product first). Once you are comfortable advertising and promoting online you can set up your own website and create your own products to promote. That book I mentioned shows you how to do that and also how to create a very marketable product in a reasonable amount of time.

If you told me you was going to Fly a Plane I would advise you to take a Flight training Course First. Same thing with a Home Based Business, There are Home Based Business Courses That can Teach you step-by-step how to start a home based business.
When you find a Home Based Business course that You are interested in the small amount that you would invest in it, Would be well worth it to you in the long run, Once you have a highly successful Business to make money online for yourself.

I came across Adsense. I started it while I had my nine to five job and worked on a few blogs and then started websites as time went by. Now I stopped my nine to five and work on this from home. It takes minimal effort on my part. I learn everything I can about websites and promotion and put it in practice. One of those is in the source box that explains all. Good luck.
