My love and I have 9 years difference in age.Problem is never calls, emails, talks, chats, meets etc since our relationship is steady. We dont push it to happen since we both live in 2 countries. We love eachother dont want to break up neither is cheating. We plan to marry sometime. We have known eachother all our lives and in love 5years.What to do to get this person to meet, chat, email, call etc as things are steady between us without rocking the boat?

As long as you two understand eachother and get along very well are in love and want to be together it doesnt matter.Yes,age difference more then 12-15 years is ALOT of age difference.Otherwise its fine no problem. You two love eachother

I do not think that the age difference is the problem in this relationship. I do think that the lack of communication between the two of you is a problem however. If the two of you love each other then that communication needs to be there. I do not think that you are rocking the boat as you call it because you have expectations in the relationship. However, these concerns you have are things that you must communicate to the other person in order for these things to change...

Wow... That's a tough one. I don't understand how you keep the relationship going with no communication. If you don't meet, chat, email, or call, when do you talk? Would just stating that you would like to talk more via phone or email rock the boat? That's not to much to expect for a relationship.

Normaly I would say Agedifference of nine years is nothing. But no comunication of whatsoever between the 2 of you is a little weird . A relaltionship needs all the courting in between that goes with it , calls E-mails,chat ,letters ,flowers etc. Otherwise it would not be a relationship for me .

To have a successful relationship, you need to be communicating with each other. This is even more important considering you do not see each other too often. You should express just that to your partner. How are things going to be when you get married if you cannot communicate now?

How can you be in love with someone you've never met before????That's just down right stupid..The reason why she never emails or calls you is obvious. She's either in a relationship leading you on.Or she's butt ugly, very fat. There's a reason why she's not meeting you. She's leading you on and taking advantage of you.Leave it be.

Nine years is not a great difference, and it shrinks as you age. My wife is nine years younger than me, and we've been getting along fine for over 30 years. At our age, 9 years ago was yesterday!

Start doing all those things yourself. Or if you already do, bring it up casually that you'd love to get an e-mail or a phone call once in a while.

Hi,
I think if there is Love between you both then carry on. Asloloo out for your ability to settle dispute cos when you get in to marriage that is it.
Also look out for what you have that he doesn't have so that it can blend.
Thanks
