I have mixed thoughts. I think she does have a gift, but no psychic will claim to be correct 100% of the time. In watching her on TV, it seems that some of her answers are vague or change as she talks to the person. But other times there's no denying by the reaction of the person that she really does know what she's talking about.
She has very interesting ideas of the afterlife, as well as our purpose in this life. I'm not sure I really agree with it all, but it is an interesting take on it.
My big issue with her is that she charges $700 for a 20 minute reading over the phone. I've heard her say that she does up to 20 readings a day by phone, which amounts to a nice pile of money. If she really does have this gift, I have on problem with her utilizing it to make a living, but this just goes above and beyond "making a living."

I think psychics are for the most part a load of crap, including her. Here's a couple of videos on her you might find interesting:

I predict she's a phony with a capital F.
So many psychics rely on tarot cards and crap to tell them the future. I believe psychic ability is real though, but I don't think you can use it like a muscle. I've gotten psychic messages from people before. It happens to me fairly often, but its not something like they are going to get hit by a bus or whatever. Usually something dumb like what they are going to eat for lunch. I recently told someone exactly what they had for breakfast and I had no knowledge of it. It was more than just a guess. He was freaked out that I knew it. Stuff like that just pops into my brain like a memory.

All psychics are either frauds or people too out of touch with reality to notice that they can't really do those things they see on TV.
Browne is a deliberate fraud.

i think of they are particularly clever human beings - picking up on gentle subtleties and a 'superb-wager' consistent with circumstances. I even have faith that the spirits of exceeded ones proceed to exist interior the folk and places that made them who they are. those diffused energies can proceed to exist for some years, whilst the substance which holds them is entire and comparatively undisturbed. I reckon psychics can %. up on those energies and build messages based on the info of the previous - even though if not conciously conventional by potential of tjhose vacationing the psychic. lots of them grant convenience and closure to those in seek of it - won't be able to be undesirable

i think she means well , she has written some books that have been a great help to many
but as psychic/mediums go ... she is not in my list of favourites
a trained psychic/mediums understands about free will and how spirits work and she just goes on predicting .... or i should say guessing
and her bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired... that lady is cold
anyone working with spirits that i know of personally ... glows with love

Sorry to interrupt, but I am going to have to ask for your credit card details at this point. As you know, this psychic business is rather taxing, and I need to make sure that I'm strong enough to continue. Master Card or Visa? .... .... .... .... .... Thank you very much. I'll deduct my fee from your account. Let us proceed.

I actually think shes real. a lot of them are fake but I think that Sylvia brown is real for the most part.
I think that Montell should havea show where they bring back old guests and ask them if their predictions came true.
