for the most part, people who commit, attempt, and think about suicide aren't nessicarily doing it to get back at other people. they do it cuz they feel unloved, or think that they are a burden on their friends and families, and killing themselves is the best way to relieve their loved ones of them. or, they could be suffering from a number of conditions, paranoia, depression, derealization. and countless others. and when things like that get really bad, they can be stuck in this place in their mind, where suicide really does seem like the only escape...

so, to answer your question, no, I don't think someone who is capable of suicide is any MORE likely to be capable of murder than anyone else.

except maybe the select few who actually are suicidal just to bring others pain...

How can you link them together?! The concept of thoughts is of vast different as people who are capable of committing suicide is feeling helpless and hopeless in life while to murder is a kind of plot and evil thoughts of harming innocents...

I would say no. Most people that are thinking about killing themselves are those that can not deal with stress. So in alot of cases it is a easy way out. Now not in all cases. But I would have to say no. Most people who Kill someone are insane and most of time have some strange back ground at one time or another. Or that they have so much hate in them that they become to hate the world.

My opinion is that committing suicide is ac act of cowardice, because the victim doesn't have the courage to face the challenges that life gives him. Murder requires a lot of courage (and, planning, perhaps?), so unless the person is cold-blooded and immune to danger, he just cannot do it.

Depends. There are certain types of people that will kill their entire family (usually men - not joking) before they kill themselves, because they believe the family couldn't live without them and they also find life to unbearable to live, so they off their loved ones to spare them and then off themselves.
