Are you sure it's unique? A lot of cameras use *mini usb now.

My sisters camera does and I'm sure it's a Medion.

*It is a small 5 pin connector at the camera end and ordinary at the pc end.

Usb cable is standard accessory that can be bought whatever brand you are using. And that is why there's this org that tells what to use specifically on what gadget and followed as a standard.

So, either bring the digicam with you to the store or simply ask for a usb cable for digicams.
