ABOSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!! You have to do something!! If you don't protect your kids who else is going to? This is a serious matter. You need to be a pest at that school and let them know this is not ok behavior!!! Go to the schools superintendant of that area. If you don't get anywhere with them go to the newspaper, school board anyone you can get to listen. Good luck!!

Any sort of physical abuse by teachers against students is against the law. Espeacially the head. its against the law for parents to hit their kids in the head.
Who are you wanting to tell and have proof for?
I think you need to talk to other parents and kids and find out who the teachers have hit and make records of it if you can. Then go to the Department of Education. As its not your kids I'm not sure if you can go to the police. But maybe give them a call and ask what can be done.
I'm sorry but any teacher hitting a child is just wrong and shouldnt be teaching.
I had a teacher in pimary school that hit all of our class, even broke one kids nose. He was taken to court by a few of the students parents and banned from teaching for a set amount of time.
And I dont see how this will make you have to move or change schools. Wouldnt all the parents be glad to know that someone that is abusing their children is being dealt with by the right authorities. When our teacher was taken to court everyone thought it was good and were very happy, espeacially us kids.
I wish I could've been more helpful. But the dept of education is your best bet and talking to other parents and kids.

Well I have 3 boys and one is very difficult. They all go to private school and my son's teacher will slap his hand and also thump him on the back of the head. I see no issue with this. All the children in these classes behave, walk in line, there is no name calling or bullying, they are quiet in class, they respect each other and noone misbehaves, unlike in public schools. Unless they abused ( there is a vast difference ) your child or others, I would say, that the teachers have to have control some how. I don't know many parents who have not slapped their childrens hands at least once and probably thumped or spanked their children as well. Part of schools problems now days is that there are 20 unruley kids in a classroom and children are getting hurt and not learning.

i became mentioned in South Africa and had a instructor who used to hit us on the returned of the pinnacle as quickly as we didnt answer her. If we've been particulary undesirable we've been despatched off to the concepts place of work for a spanking. My brother nor I are violent human beings because of this yet now that I surely have toddlers of my own.. its different. If i comprehend a instructor even touches my baby thats it. i'll def. loose it. on your case you purchased the assumption in touch so which you cant fairly bypass to him and *****. Why not get different mothers and dads jointly and make a call on what you are able to all do? Have all the toddlers social gathering alongside with the mothers and dads and a social worker, get the toddlers to tell what got here approximately infront of a few of those witnesses alongside with the assumption alongside with all the different instructors that hit. ok i wish this theory works. don't comprehend in basic terms an selection.

the best thing i can think of for you to do is to make a statement at the police station and ask for there advice or speak to legal aid for free advice
you do not need to prove it your self let the right people do it ask another school what to do don't mention you school until they are very concerned
or make an appointment with the vice principle and voice your concerns
or the school councilor

Go and see the Principal and tell him you have heard that these things are happening. Also tell him that you will not stand for it to happen to your children and if they come home and tell you they have been chastised in this way or victimised because you spoke up you will take your concerns to the Area Supervisor and the media. Don't be scared of them...you are paying their wages in taxes. I also sent a note every year with my children stating that I do not consent to corporal punishment. If I don't use it I will be danged if a stranger will touch my child...no way. You are your children's only protection....don't let them down.

hands no. a good wallop on the buttocks works better. if parents don't or wont discipline their children, i shout a resounding HOOORRRAAAAAYYYYY when teachers step in and do it.
there would be less problems if we got discipline right at home.
you obviously believe speaking to a child will resolve their naughtiness. this is not true.
if they learn consequences to their actions, like a hiding after being naughty, there will be less naughty kids.
