i am looking for a cheap chicken coop to house 6-8 laying hens, i have tried ebay but most of them are still very expensive, i need somone that will ship to the scottish islands, any help would be great, thanksxx

Your best option is to build one yourself. However, you do need more than what another answerer said (a run), you need a proper predator proof shelter. You can see more by going to www.allaboutchickens.tk and clicking on coops.

FOR THAT FEW HENS JUST BUILD ONE. CHICKEN WIRE AND 2X4'S DONE IN 20 MINUTES. YOU CAN FINE DIY PROJECTS JUST FOR THAT ON LINE. EASY TO BUILD

you could build one! thats the cheapest i could think of-- but you'd have to buy good wood! good luck!
