I am 5 foot 2, and a 22 year old girl, What is the ideal weight for me? I mean visually in real life, not according to BMI because the range is too wide, and sometimes inaccurate. I just need an ordinary person's observation and opinion.

Well, it depends on your frame. You can't just say one weight suits all.

Small frame: 100lb and 110lb
Medium frame: 110lb and 120lb
Large frame: 120lb and 130lb

HTH : )

I am 5 foot 3, 22 years old, and weigh 110. I believe the acceptable range is to like 130 or so.

I am 5' 2" and at 22 I weighed 110lbs it was an ideal weight according to my frame. If you have a small frame, you may want to stay somewhere around 105lbs, but I wouldn't go any lower than that.

some people dont know what they are talking about. there is no "ideal" weight. as long as you excersise and eat well your body will look good. and dont compare yourself to people are saying like 100-105 because its hard to keep a weight that small. im 5'1 and 120 pounds but no one would suspect that.

It depends on your frame, but maybe 110-120. Could be more though if you have a large frame.
