walk a lot. ride a bike and avoid sitting at one place for too long especially after eating. keep your legs in quick motion all the time. this works better than any diet i've tried for my thighs and stomach. oh yeah, suck in you stomach when you walk or exercise. its almost the same as having a 24 hr sit up. !!!lol

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.
It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.
Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free 7 day trial, and so far I am very impressed with the product. Try the 7 days and see. It allows you to add the exercise that you do during the day, which increases the amount of calories you can take in. Very Cool!!

1. Start jogging. Every day, about half an hour.
2. Reduce food, and cut off sweets, fried foods, fast food, bread, pizza, cheese, sauces and dressings, sausages, eat pasta once a week.
3. Eat as much fish, skinless boiled or roast chicken, veal fillet, green vegetables, low fat yoghurt, fruit as you like.

You cannot do 'spot reduction' on one part of your body. Sorry, but you have to do the diet and exercise. Their is NO easy way out, no matter what people tell or try to sell you.

i suggest u doing regular certain exercises. to lose weight from thighs, try to jog; from stomach, to exercise ur stomach.
believe it or not, it's really rewarded.
