My ex of 8 mths broke up with me 1 mth ago. We reached a situation where that was probably for the best because she was adamant her unhapiness over the previous 1 mth was caused by our relationship. That coincided with her suffering from depression which I thought was causing her to be negative about us. She refused to accept this despite her dr saying she was depressed, giving her meds & referring her for counselling (which she says she won't do).

I decided to give her some space and haven't contacted her for 3 & a half weeks. We last spoke 2 days after the break up. She said that "it would be nice to see me when I'm ready" and we agreed to meet after a couple of weeks. I haven't contacted her & she hasn't contacted me.

I have been clear for a few weeks that I want to try & get her back. That is why I decided on no contact, to give her space. I am not sure when to contact her!?

I want to try & get her back but know if I push too much she will pull away

Any thoughts people?

Send her a text its the easiest way to make first contact. Maybe Just say Hi or if your feeling brave enough how about i miss you x

All I can do is draw from my experience, and I know that the more I contacted my EX the more she pulled away. If I were you, I would wait for her to call. I know for a fact that if I had done this I would have succeeded in love with my EX. You need to show strength of character, and she may be testing you. I know its the biggest compulsion in the world to want to call, but if you want to be cool then don't call.

It must be hard for you. I reckon, it's time to try to contact her personally instead of through the phone. Try to "woo" her again like the first time you asked her out.

It is hard to date someone as special as her. My boyfriend used to be on medicine for depression but i still love him and want to help him.

If you truly want to get together with her and truly want to love her for the rest of your life, then, go for it!

All the best and Good luck!

LEAVE HER ALONE.
ok mate,, get this
1. she dumped you
2 you aint heard from her since.
I can tell you FOR A FACT that the min you were gone, you were forgotton. she breathed a sigh of relief and hasn't thought about you since. I expect she's prob pulled some other guys to get you out of her system by now. You, and the memory of you are HISTORY.
