latlely ive felt crappy...... im constantly lightheaded, have horrrible lower back pain, i have some other problems too, and sometimes i get read sharp pains like im my lower abdomen and groin area. oh and ive been wicked tired . ive had a pretty bad kidney infection before, but i dont remember too well how i felt cause it was so painful and i was sooo out of it,,,, someone mention kidney stuff... but do you think it could be something else???

it could be referred pain , do a an ultra sound and check if theres any stone, you can consult the doctor after seeing the report

I don't know if you are male or female, but I am female and also diabetic, I get lots of urinary tract infections and yeast infections.
Most of the time I have to go to the doctors office for a urine test, you really should consult your doctor, I almost died about 5 years ago, I had to have emergency kidney dialysis, had been in constant contact with the doctor and things went from bad to worse real quick and I ended up in the hospital after a week of him trying to treat me at home.
I ended up in the hospital for 10 days, have not had to see the Kidney Specialist since then, but would have died without him.
I suggest you get to the doctor PDQ (pretty darned quick)
