Most guys I know love women to wear short skirts, especially if the lady has a beautiful body. I think that most guys also use a double standard with respect to their girl friends and other women in public. They want other women to show as much as possible but would prefer that their girl friends show some modesty. Sad but true. I say, "show off what you've got girl!"

Maybe they don't have the legs for short skirts, a lot of young girls nowadays are very over-weight and look ridiculous in short skirts, could be that it is embarrassing to the boyfriend, just a guess.

It is better to be more on a low profile when u are in public these days. I mean if u are in closed doors its fine. U dont know what catches people s attention these days

Becuase boys know boys better. They themselves try to look beyond whatever a girl can reveal. They feel other guys are like that too, hence they don't like it...

It may be due to their possessiveness, they don't like their girlfriends to wear such type of dresses.They don't want other boys to admire their girlfriend.
