How do you know whether he/she has forgiven me or not, if you don’t get any response from that side?

Do not show any anger even by face even if she does not respond. Do not take any initiative for talking again. If she has forgiven , she will surely respond after few months. If that does not happen, forget her.

What i understand is that u love a gal whom u have never seen and she doesnt love you.

communication is the best way...ask this person if they accepted the apology and let them know it has really been bothering you, that you were unsure whether or not the apology was accepted...Tell them how you really feel..Honesty is usually the best policy...
