Personally I've not used Xenical but it has a good track record. There can be some mild side affects with regards to the digestive tract such as bowel movements but otherwise it should be fine for your mother. Xenical is a product that helps the body to pass through fats from the foods you eat without allowing the body to absorb or digest those fats therefore reducing the calorie intake into the body. Your mother should also include an increase in physical activity such as simple walking a few minutes each day. I hope this works for her.

I've used xenical a few times before, but I would recommend only using by doctor's orders, and if you are overweight. I'm average sized, and tried to used it to lose weight, and it wasn't a good experience! Basically, you crap this oily mess, because supposedly it's fat coming out, and you really can't hold it in so I wouldn't recommend going anywhere that doesn't have a decent bathroom. When i didn't use it anymore I was constipated for a few days afterwards as well.

from everything i have heard XENICAL is an excellent appitite suppressant......if she follows the doctors advice on how to use this medication.!!!!!
it is common for a doctor to prescribe 1 tablet 3 times a day.
i want to wish your mother the very best of luck in losing weight.
