To me I think fat is over 200 pounds

chubby is someone who looks cute even if s/he is kinda overweight. Fat is someone who doesn't look so good.. (just my opinion)

I think there is a difference between the two as well. Chubby is what people say when describing someone who could afford to lose a pound or two. Fat is a description used to describe obesity, someone seriously overweight. I definitely don't think you can measure "fat" by pounds. My ex-boyfriend was a body builder and weighed like 235 or something, and no one would have described him as fat.

Eat only when hungry. Eat only nutritious and not junk. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in ur meals. Do not take more than three meals a day unless diabetic. Nothing in between except water. It will help u to contain ur craving for if u chew each morsel of food 32 times. It will also help ur brain to generate a signal that u have had enough.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly. These practices will help u to attain ideal weight within a reasonable time span. The difference is of degree. Upto 10%, one can handle the situation on his own beyond which one needs professional guidance.

Sorry there is no difference it is chubby is just a euphemism for fat.... OK now go look up euphemism. sorry. sorry it's like when women say they are voluptuous... same thing.. it means fat.
