I am very skiny and bones, I have astma, i hardly breave when i do effort, i am so WEEK can't lift up heavy things. If i am like this it means i am not healthy, people always make fun of me, they bully me, i need to be strong, i want people to leave me alone, summer is coming and i can't go out laike a living skeleton, I need to make quic muscles. PLEAAAASE HELP. Tnx

Eat only when hungry. Eat only nutritious and not junk. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in ur meals. Do not take more than three meals a day unless diabetic. Nothing in between except water. It will help u to contain ur craving for if u chew each morsel of food 32 times. It will also help ur brain to generate a signal that u have had enough.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly. These practices will help u to attain ideal weight within a reasonable time span.

You cannot, I REPEAT CANNOT make muscles. And you cannot do it quickly. It takes time. All you can do is enhance the ones you have. You need to increase your protein intake and start out with a low impact exercise regimen concentration on the muscles you want to bulk up. I say start out low impact because of your asthma. Finding a gym or a reputable personal trainer is key. Also before starting out any exercise program, seek the advice of your doctor.

go to the gym, get a membership, which entitles you to help with designing a training program and take it from there. There are no quick methods to getting muscles without putting in the hard work. It takes time and don't expect to see results straight away :)

First of all if you want to get big muscles you need to put weight on. To do that you need to eat ALLOT. Also you need to do lots of running and do crunches and pull ups daily also lift some small weights to get bigger biceps.

Go to the "GYM" and do running and stuff on the machines.
