Ok, NOW I've seen it all. You white people invent illnesses like Cadbury's comes up with new chocolate bars!!!! I was SO puzzled at your question I Googled it and well... there's a foundation!!! (JESUS)
ANYHOO, if you really think you have this... whatever thing, then the least your parents can do is have you checked out. Of course they care! Maybe they're not convinced (although seriously, what parents don't worry when their kid says they're not feeling well?!) Still, tell them you're seriously worried and that you'd like to get a check up... Sorry if this doesn't help.

Restless Leg Syndrome is usually in someone much older than you. What you are most likely feeling is referred to as "growing pains", and yes they really can hurt and/or be bothersome, but no there is no treatment for them. Really, even if it is RLS to get on medication now for the rest of your life would seriously damage your liver by like age 30...you don't want that now do you?

My legs have always gotten restless as well. It drives me crazy as well. I am in my fifties but I have had it for years and years. I found out its from sugars and carbs. So I have cut down on both. Try cutting down on sugars and carbs and see how your legs feel. Oh another thing try to avoid pork and pork by products. Good luck.

I know that sucks, that your parents don`t seem to care. Just go to the doctor by yourself and make them notice that you do not need them and that you are smarter and more responsible than them.
Make remarks about how you would not be like that with your children, that their attitude is senseless and immature. Show them you`re better, because if they don`t wanna be responsible parents you can at least make them feel useless about it.

You're 13 years old. Restless leg syndrome comes to people who are in their 50's and older. You're either having growing pains or hypocrondria. Stop watching so much tv, and get outside and DO something.

maybe they think you have what the old people use to call 'growing pains". anyway, i have RLS too but i just take a couple of ibuprofen before i go to bed each night and that helps. we don't have insurance so i can't afford the prescription stuff and so far the ibuprofen helps.

have you thought about taking yourself to the doctor, going there and telling someone whatr problem you have? ask a friends parent if you need too, or tell your parents to wake up and to start paying some attention to you and whats going on with you and not to turn it into one of there "experiences"

have you got a school nurse? maybe if you asked a teacher at school to ask the school nurse to take a quick look at it for you. then if it really is bothering you, she will speak with your parents and get you the help you need. it sounds awful and i hope you manage to sort it out!!
