we are together for 6 mths now. We are happy and get along very well. He would call me his soulmate but he never says he loves me. I am confused

there are many ways to express his love than just these 3 words. U can ask him about that if you two think your relation came to the point to say them. But i'm sure he'll say that soon. Maybe he didnt know how to express himself !!!!! Good luck.

Love is not an easy word to define or accept. six months is not long enough to define the word love and do not confuse love and eros (lust) if your realationship is based on compassion than that is love a simple hug is better than a thousand lustful emotionless kisses. If it is physical and you do not see the eyes light up when you enter than it is not love. Love is a rare thing and never measure it by what see on T.V. or read in romance books. Ask yourself would you be happy with him when your ninety or is it a temporary fix for a void you have in your self. You should not need some else to feel you are completed. If you need love get a dog they will accept you no matter what state you are in. Ask yourself does he at least have as much love for you as a dog? Besides the drooling and leg humping. Otherwise I suggest hot coco by warm fire with good book and poochy at foot. Man thing can wait until you know what you want and do not have to wait for a man to complete you. Than you can shop for what you want and you don't have to settle for Mr. Appethetic. I waited for some one for seven years to say those three words, but it turned out that he was not worth it. He is now jobless and still living in his parents house at 38. So work on yourself first and if he is worth it he'll begging for you like the dog he should be.

the words "I love you" are very powerful words. It took one bf of mine 4 years and 8 shots of whiskey to tell me that. He is probably a believer in words have power. Over using them takes away they're meaning and if i love is said too soon in a relationship it often becomes a tradition, not a heart felt sentiment

it is realy easy to fall inlove with someone, but to LOVE someone takes a bit of time. Take it as a compliment. He is serious about you. DOn't rush things. He will say it, just wait. THere is a time for everythingand maybe the just isn't right yet.

no ur not confused u just have to give him more time hand out like you normally do or make out or even do a nice dinner for him and set the mood to make him and to tell him how he feels for u. if that dosnt work then ask him does he love you if he says ye i like you and not i love you then you have a big problem. hope this helps;
