according to your bmi you're JUST still in the normal section. you're 24.9 and normal bmi's range from 18.5 - 24.9. so yes. one fraction heavier and you'd be overweight. if you completely trusted bmi's as an indication of where you are with your weight, then i'd be trying to lose a few kilos, just so you were safely inside the normal range. but in my oppinion bmi's aren't all that accurate. well the simple weight by height ones aren't anyway because they don't take into account your frame or anything else, so really it's not a completely valid interpretation. it's just there to give you a basic idea. 70kg is by no means fat though, for your height, so don't freak out.

Eat only when hungry. Eat only nutritious and not junk. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in ur meals. Do not take more than three meals a day unless diabetic. Nothing in between except water. It will help u to contain ur craving for if u chew each morsel of food 32 times. It will also help ur brain to generate a signal that u have had enough.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly. These practices will help u to attain ideal weight within a reasonable time span.

If you are a man, you are just about right. If you are a woman, you are on the heavy side. You would not be seriously overweight, and you may not be overweight if you are in good physical fitness with decent amount of muscle.
Body fat and physical fitness are more important than weight.

Nor really, but you might need to work on toning up your muscles so that you would look more in shape.
It also depends on your age. If you are over 40 then 70kg is ok. If you are in your 20s then 60-65 would be better.
