I have been doing crunches, leg lifts, sit ups, i box on a punching bag, and I havent seen any results in my abs. I just wonder if it is due to my rectus abdominis having separated. any ideas on how to fix it?

Before attempting any exercises, u must get it fixed thru a doc/surgeon.
