Hi I am an adult with SPD as well I am 32 from Boston and I was diagnosed at age 7. Unfortunatly there are not specific books yet but carol Kranowitz is coming out with one that I will be in this year. You can try too loud to bright to fast too tight or you might wanna try the highly sensative person. Both are good for us Adults with SPD. If you have any questions ask me.
