Eat only when hungry. Eat only nutritious and not junk. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in ur meals. Do not take more than three meals a day unless diabetic. Nothing in between except water. It will help u to contain ur craving for if u chew each morsel of food 32 times. It will also help ur brain to generate a signal that u have had enough.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly. These practices will help u to attain ideal weight within a reasonable time span.

Just start with alittle bit of walking. Do things to get your heart rate up and sweat. Drink alot of water and try not to eat more then 1500 calories a day. It's gonna be hard but you are young enough to get rid of the unwanted fat now. Good luck hun!!
By the way, you are NOT too young to worry about your weight. Childhood obesity is very serious. Work it off now while you still can.

No offense,
you are still young and not as overweight as you think to be thinking about losing weight
Your body is still growing and you would benefit much from waiting.
But if you really are serious about losing such weight,
don't go rigorously about doing so.
Walk everyday, and start a lower calorie diet.

you are still young... enjoy your life first.. anyway if you really want to lose weight, jog everyday for 30-45 mins across your town or in your school gym. play sports, decrease your intake of food. that's all. good luck!
