can hair sofetening cream be used to soften the hairs on legs?

I guess it could be, but unless the hair on your legs is long the cream will not be absorbed very well. Also once you put pants on it may ruin your pants, or become very sticky. I would try to find a body moisturizer, some can soften the hair.
