they are hormones associated with th Thyroid, you have labs drawn by your doctor and they can look at the levels and diagnose hypothyroid or hyperthyroid and other disorders.

T3, T4, TSH are all thyroid hormone levels. The TSH stands for thyroid stimulating hormone. The levels are all analyzed by taking blood.
