It could be weather, but I don't think it is due to your prescription for fibrillation. You did not mention what medication you were taking for the fib. Check with your pharmacist to see if it is a possible side effect.
If not you may want to be evaluated for fibromyalgia. Which can be made worse during weather changes. Or possible some kind of arthritis or rhuematologic disorder. I would discuss it with your doctor. There is no need to put up with discomfort if you don't have to. They can run a sedation rate to see if inflammation is a problem.
I have found that aqua therapy has really helped dealing with my joints, muscles, etc. I also began taking SAM-e for my joints, I am suprised at how well it works. I hope you can find some help, but be sure and get it checked out when you can.

Help for muscles - Much pain is from muscles below is an example of what may help (based on headaches).
Begin with a couple swigs of molasses or a couple of bananas daily - magnesium (which regulates many things in the body) and potassium (a needed building block for muscles).
Drink at least 1/2 gallons of water per day. Running a body low on water is like running a car low on oil is the analogy the head of neurology at UCDavis told my husband about 10 years ago.
Now to the cause - muscles - your back, neck shoulders and head have tender spots. They are knots in the fibers of the muscles called trigger points. It makes the muscles tight which makes them press on nerves and other things causing the pain.
The cure - start with a professional massage, you will also want to go back over any place you can get to 6-12 times per session up to 6 times per day rubbing (or lightly scratching on your head) every where that is tender until the knots go away. The place where the skull connects to the spine press up under the edge of the skull (to get to those muscles).
For more information read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. It teaches what to do and where the pain comes from.

If the pills don't usually do this I would guess at it being the weather.
But I would suggest seeing the doctor to make sure and possibly get something for the aches.

Go back to the doctor.
I have had various pills for blood pressure, and after a while of being on them I have seemed to get various symptoms, the doctor has changed them for another type and the symptoms go.

Have electrolytes checked. It is just a simple blood test. You may need potassium.
