I am familiar with the Wilmington, Ohio area. Prices for a one bedroom apartment will depend on a lot of factors. How old is the apartment building? Is it part of an apartment complex, or is it a duplex or four family building? How many square feet of living space is there in the apartment? Is there a patio or balcony? Is it first or second floor? Are appliances included? What utilities, if any, are included in the rent? How long of a lease term are you willing to sign? I am sure you get the picture by now.

Best advice is to check out the classified ads in the local newspaper. You will quickly get an idea of the price range of apartments in the Wilmington, Ohio area. My guess is that you might find an old apartment in the "downtown" area, probably over a street level business, for as little as $350.00 per month. You will also find recently built one bedroom apartments in complexes that cost over $700.00 per month.

Good luck with your search for an apartment.
