"Veux-tu te marier avec moi?"

I assume you know the person well enough to use the intimate form of address, otherwise:

"Voulez-vous vous marier avec moi?"

Did you mean 'merry' or 'marry'??...there is a difference you know.
An alternative to Caicos Turkey's answers:-
"Veux-tu etre ma femme?" Would you like to be my wife?
" Veux-tu etre mon mari?" Would you like to be my husband?
There should be a ^ over the first e in etre but I don't know how to do it.

A bit poetic would be as follows:(man asking a lady to...)

Veux-tu ^etre en l' 'eglise, habille'e en blanc avec moi?
(Do you want to be in Church, dressed in white with me?)
(lady asking a guy to...)
Veux-tu ^etre a' c^ote' de moi devant le Cure'?
(Do you want to be by me before the priest?)

Ciao.....John-John.

Don't use the "vous" form as it sounds a bit stupid, I think.

Either: Veux-tu m'epouser?" (with an accent on the first "e" of "epouser")
Or: "Veux-tu etre ma femme?" (accent ^ on the first "e" of "etre")

Tu veux me rendre heureux? That's a bit sexy! Did you mean 'marry me'?
Est-ce que tu veux m'épouser?

i'd go for "voulez-vous m'epouser?" which is more romantic, and keep the "vous" even tho you know the person, it sounds a lot nicer for such a formal occasion. (if you want to be less formal: "veux-tu m'epouser?")
congratulations :)

"Voulez-vous/veux-tu m'épouser ?" : will you marry me ?
"Voulez-vous/veux-tu être ma femme ?" : will you be my wife ?
