Just tell her!!!
I have a really close guy friend and we just got off the phone and it's 5 in the morning!!! He really likes me & I really like him and I know he has feelings for me and he's told me he wants to date me when I turn 18. So whether or not that happens, I don't know.
But I do know that if that was me in that situation (that you're in) then I would want you to just tell me and be honest.

Just tell her. Set her down and just tell her how you feel. The worst that can happen is that she will tell you that she doesn't feel the same way in which case you have let her know you love her, and all people need to hear that they are loved once in awhile.

Just make her feel tht she is close 2 u and special to you.
make out any excuses to meet several times wid her
and finally tell her tht u wanna go out wid her.
