Would God reward both of these people equally?
Jamie: She is a very successful businesswoman working for a public relations company living in a big city and she owns a nice 5 bedroom house, she owns a Lexus SC430, she owns lots of nice clothes, she gets to go to plenty of rock concerts and she also gets to go on nice vacations, plus Jamie is her own supervisor at her job.
Nick: He works at a department store and he is only making very little money and his job is going through alot of cutbacks and the management aren't giving him the hours he deserves and they don't really appreciate his hard work, plus the store manager is not a very nice person and he doesn't treat the employees what he's worth and he doesn't even help out his employees, plus Nick rides his bike to and from work and he still lives at home with his family and Nick is feeling very frustrated with his job and he wishes that he can find another job.
P.S. They're both Christians

Also Nick lives in a small town and he has a learning disability and he doesn't have a college degree, as for Jamie she has a college degree and she came from a rich family.

Nick does try to respect his boss but he doesn't like him, plus Nick's boss has fired an elderly woman cause she couldn't perform the duties he wanted her to do and the elderly woman could only do certain things.

If Jamie is a compassionate, person who is charitable and is not vain or selfish and ungrateful, then she will have a reward coming for that. she would deserve it for being a good steward of what God has blessed her with.
If Nick gives only a small amount to charity when he can, then he is giving way more than Jamie does. He will be rewarded for that. If he prays for his boss, and shows him proper respect, He will definitely be rewarded for that. Maybe God will give him a better job with a kinder boss as a reward.
When Nick gets to Heaven, even if he and Jamie are standing in the same spot, I think Nick would be filled with more joy and wonder at the beauty of Heaven because he was never used to having Nice things. His joy would be more than he could have ever imagined! That is how he would be rewarded differently.
Jamie would experience joy too. In her case it would come in the form of gratitude from all the people she helped on earth by being charitable.
This is how I picture it.

I really can't say since all you said about "Nick and Jamie" was their social and financial status. God judges people on their deeds. Think about it, if you are going to give a prize for a cake making contest ( stupid example, I know but it'll have to do ) and 2 people show up. one has torn clothes, and unemployed, but has a great cake, and the other is rich and has a mansion but with a disgusting cake, who will you give the prize to ?

Its all in what you believe. If you live a 'good' life, whether rich or poor, 'god' is allegdly meant to reward that when the 'human' body dies. So Jamie and Nick, while both sounding pretty awful in my mind, will find their reward once dead. Then 'they' will know the answer, and if they have lived a rewarding and 'good' life.

Other than descriptions of their working and living conditions, you are not giving enough information.
A person will be rewarded by their God based on both their faith and actions. You do not include if they are strong in their faith or if they try to help others.
Because you do not include those things and also because you do not define what you mean by reward you are not allowing people to give you the best answer they can

How does one understand the guidelines of God? Prosperity does look to insulate people extra from the empathy that one feels for his/her fellow guy. that is way a lot less puzzling to rationalize that you "deserve" what you've. you understand, "I worked demanding to get the position i'm and if others worked as demanding they might have what I easily have" style of element. a fantastically lady or good-looking guy has no real understand-how of what that is opt for to be undeniable and do not see their reward, they placed down their fulfillment to their own understanding. a similar with the those who have grown up in a reliable significant different and toddlers the position funds become no longer the finest problem. you would imagine that those people will be extra beneficiant yet in my experiance this is merely the different. of route there are extremes in both circumstances. i imagine that being rich, in spite of if one has to artwork for it corrupts our sense of self yet I easily have truly no theory what God would or does no longer reward and all of us that announces to i'd believe to be a faker.

God doesnt reward you based on how much you earn, or what education or disability you have.
God rewards you based on your intentions & actions, if you are a person with good intentions & you act according good morals & values then you will be rewarded but if you have bad intentions & act in a bad way then God will Judge you according to your actions.
Another thing one should not expect a reward for doing good , doing good for other people should be the reward itself.

Jesus says "It is harder for a rich person to enter heaven that for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle. When the disciples asked , then who can be saved? He said with Father God, all things are possible. He also told the rich man to take what he had and give it to the poor and follow Him.

I believe God will reward you if you are following his path. in the bible it says Seek and you shall recieve so if you want to be successful you will be. the Bible also states that lazy people never get anywhere in there life. I forgot what verse that is but it is so true. the Lord will present a opportunity and it is up to you to seek it. Jamie seems to want success therefore she is getting. Nick isnt striving for success therefore he is where he is at.

God judges each person according to their heart, not according what they have and don't have and also one cannot compare the 70 - 100 years lived here on earth and an eternity spent with God.
