Kinda need more information ... ( have two answers depending on the situation)

But .. if by her testament you are going to end up in trouble ( ie as in gaol) then you have to be strong, respectful .. and DON'T fall into the WELL NO THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED THE B!TCH IS LYING mistake .. word yourself more intelligently and say something along the lines of :

" I beg to differ with the account as given by _________. My recollection is as follows"

If you behave with dignity and DO NOT partake in a who can insult and attack the other more .. then you will have more credibility.. STAY COOL....

OK ... Now if there is no chance of this getting you into trouble .. but you still have to go to court .. If I were you .. I would approach the magistrate and tell him that there is really no need for him to place an AVO on you as you fully intend NOT HAVING ANYTHING TO DO WITH HER AGAIN ....

if she has been lying about you ; you don't need her in your life ..YOU don't need to prove you are right and she is wrong .. the absolutely BEST way to show it is to go on with your life as if she never existed.. none of this BUT SHE DID THIS and SHE OWES ME THAT ..
Be a THE adult in the situation ...WALK AWAY .. you KNOW the truth and that is all that matters

I went through the same thing on three occasions. It is not worth the trouble because anyone can get an order without any real evidence (She lied I cried). My lawyers advise me to not pursue ti because it was too costly and the order will stand anyway. Just forget her and move on with life.Good luck

If you can prove she lied...about anything...it will instantly put the judge in a position of believing she is a liar. but you have to prove it....thats the tough part.

It all depends on what she lied about and how relevant it that to the case.
If she lied during an official proceeding she could be charged with perjury or aggravated perjury.
talk to your attorney.
