The natural sights are good and is one of the greener Islands with tropical rain-forest towards the centre. A trip up into the hills are well worth it and maybe take a dip in one of the waterfall pools to cool off when you get there. The Sulphur Springs and watching the kids diving off the cliff at Anse La Ray are good fun. Beaches are good and a boat trip out of Rodney Bay past the Pitons is nice. Generally a very laid back island, friendly and free enough to set out on your own to experience it. Lots of watersports available to suit most tastes if your not chilling out too much with the great French/Creole/Carribean cooking and very good rum (Bounty). Hope you have a good time if you go....

The opportunity to drive into an active volcano is quite impressive.
The scenery on the island is fabulous - I believe the Pitons are a World Heritage Site. The history is quite interesting as well, as is a visit to the old Fond Doux Estate to see how cocoa is harvested and prepared to make chocolate.
